We manufacture our mattresses mostly fresh to order. This is to maintain freshness and keep storage cost low. On some occasions there may a revision of scheduled delivery date to a later date that will allow us flexibility to re-consign a freshly made sealed mattress for you. Should you find yourself in a necessary hurry, please let us know under "Special Instruction" on your shopping cart page. We’ll try our very best to explore any possibility to help with your request.
We provide free delivery for purchase amount of $200 and above. However, additional fee applies to delivery after 6pm and $15 per floor for walk-up and non-lift landing delivery.
Removal of your old mattress can be arranged at a fee. If you are staying in a HDB flat, you may want to arrange with your town council for the free service on the removal of bulky item.
Zees mattress is manufactured in Indonesia. Our factory has a team of experienced craftsmen and the latest equipment to manufacture high quality mattresses and bedding accessories with rigorous Quality Control (certified ISO 9001:2015) and under direct supervision of the Management. Our factory is strategically located near to the warehouses of our international suppliers. This further helps to keep our production cost low and in turn to save more for you.
Zees mattress is made to last 10 years with normal usage. All Zees mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty. Please refer to our Warranty page for details.
Zees mattress uses high quality fire retardant fabric and treated yarns that are BS7177 compliance.
Standard published finished sizes of our handcrafted mattresses are estimated when measured from tape to tape in length and width. Actual dimensions may vary in total from standard finished sizes to allow for proper fitting of sheets and linens. Mattress heights may vary slightly due to the pre-compression of raw materials.
Zees uses only fire retardant knitted ticking with high resilient fiber, high density polyurethane foam, high density padding, 3-zone independent pocketed spring with 250 coil/m2, non-skid fabric for our mattress base, fire retardant treated yarn and eco-friendly adhesive.
